Michael Terry-Whitall

Michael Terry-Whitall is a Director at Chamberlains and leads the firm’s Building and Construction Division nationally. With extensive experience in construction litigation, Michael has developed a strong reputation for his expertise in litigation and dispute resolution within the building and construction sector. Michael’s career has been largely focused on construction law, practicing at prominent commercial law firms before founding Chamberlains’ Sydney office. He holds accreditation as an adjudicator under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW), routinely determining disputes under this legislation and providing clients with strategic advice. Additionally, Michael contributes to the field through his role in annotating the Australian Capital Territory Security of Payment Act for Thomson Reuters.
