Tanya Hibberd

Tanya Hibberd is a Senior Associate Lawyer based in our Gosford office, bringing considerable experience in family law. Tanya began her legal career in Sydney, where she undertook work in Administrative Law, representing clients in judicial review migration proceedings before the Federal Circuit Court and appearing in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal on matters relating to social security, family assistance, and child support. Since relocating to the Central Coast, Tanya has focused exclusively on family law, handling a diverse array of cases including complex parenting and property matters. She is committed to assisting clients in navigating some of the most challenging periods of their lives, aiming to facilitate resolutions that provide clarity and closure. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and has completed a Masters of Applied Law with a focus on family law.
