Phi Vo is Principal and Director at Catalyst Migration, where she leads the team in navigating Australia’s complex immigration landscape. With a decade of experience in senior roles across prominent firms including Colin Biggers & Paisley, MinterEllison and Deloitte, Phi combines her extensive legal expertise with an unwavering commitment to client service and practical solutions. Phi’s background includes establishing the immigration practice at Colin Biggers & Paisley and later founding Catalyst Migration to deliver tailored immigration advice and support. Her work spans across Australia, servicing national and multinational companies in a variety of industries. She has successfully led large-scale workforce mobilisation projects, developed internal visa and compliance programs, and managed responses to Department of Home Affairs monitoring and enforcement actions. Phi also has experience handling appeals before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Recognised as one of the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland’s inspiring women lawyers in 2019 and listed as a leading immigration lawyer in Queensland by Doyles Guide in 2021, Phi combines professional rigour with a personable approach. Outside of work, she pursues hiking, cultivates rare fruit trees, and enjoys cooking with the same passion she brings to her legal practice.
