Alicia Carter

Alicia Carter is the Principal Solicitor with admission to practice as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia since 2014. She brings to her role over two decades of experience in the legal industry, having worked extensively as a Paralegal and Chamber Clerk. Throughout her career, Alicia has handled matters across Family Law, Conveyancing, Wills and Estates, as well as Criminal law. Alicia has been closely involved in a variety of complex legal cases, including Family Law hearings, Supreme Court Family Provision applications, and Child Protection proceedings. She regularly represents clients at Mediation, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, the Family Court of Australia, Local Court, and Supreme Court of NSW forums. Her commitment to achieving favourable outcomes is reflected by her clients’ continued confidence in engaging her services for their ongoing legal needs. Alicia is known for identifying cost-effective legal options and dedicates additional time to ensure her clients fully understand their legal positions. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England/Southern Cross University and a Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies with a Conveyancing major from Southern Cross University. Alicia is also a member of the NSW Law Society and the Far North Coast Law Society.
