She began her legal journey as a partner in a middle-tier commercial law firm, after which she transitioned to focus exclusively on Family Law to better serve her clients' needs. On 1 July 1999, Caroline founded a dedicated Family Law boutique practice, which has since evolved into the reputable Caroline Counsel Family Lawyers.
