Roger Cann

Roger was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 1992, and later in the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2003. Since relocating to Ulverstone in 2003, he has built a strong reputation as a family law practitioner and mediator. Roger's experience includes assisting parties to resolve property and parenting disputes, as well as representing children in child protection proceedings. He is recognised as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner by the Commonwealth Attorney-General and is an approved mediator through the Law Society of Tasmania. In addition to his family law work, Roger has practised in Wills and Estates and Property Law. In 2016, he was appointed as a Notary Public.
