Robert Lempens

Robert is a founding director at our firm and serves as the head of our Wills, Estates, and Probate team. With a broad practice encompassing estate planning, Robert offers expert guidance on creating wills, establishing enduring powers of attorney, drafting advance care directives, and navigating contested wills. His proficiency extends to advising on probate and estate administration, along with offering critical insights into liquor licencing and criminal law. Robert completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Adelaide and has further enhanced his legal expertise with Graduate Diplomas in Legal Practice and Corporate Management. His educational background underpins his comprehensive approach to legal practice, ensuring clients receive well-rounded and informed advice. In addition to his legal practice, Robert is actively engaged with the community, advising forums on individuals' rights within societal contexts. He extends his liquor licencing expertise to assist community organisations, restaurants, and clubs in navigating regulatory requirements. His commitment to the legal profession also includes tutoring in Succession and Estates law at Flinders University Law School, where he shares his knowledge and experience with the next generation of legal professionals.
