Amanda Steiner

Amanda Steiner is a Partner with extensive experience in family law, practising for over 25 years. She has been recognised by the NSW Law Society as an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, reflecting her deep understanding and commitment to this area. Amanda is appointed as an Independent Children’s Lawyer in both the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court, representing the interests of children in family law proceedings. Her practice encompasses a broad range of family and children’s law matters, including complex parenting arrangements and dispute resolution. In addition to her family law work, Amanda also advises on wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianships, and contested estate matters, including family provision applications. Having been admitted as a solicitor in 1986 following her Bachelor of Law from the Australian National University, she became a partner at Burridge, Harris & Flynn in 1992.
