Ben Thilthorpe

Ben Thilthorpe is a Co-Founding Partner of the firm and has been admitted to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia since 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide. Throughout his career, Ben has consistently acted as defence counsel across all South Australian jurisdictions, handling a broad spectrum of criminal law matters. He has represented clients facing serious criminal charges, securing favourable outcomes through meticulous preparation and innovative legal strategies. Ben's thorough approach and capacity for creative problem-solving have established him as a prominent figure in criminal defence within Adelaide. Outside his legal practice, Ben has also distinguished himself in the sporting arena as a member of Australia’s National Ice Hockey Team, representing the country at the IIHF World Championship Division II Group A tournament on multiple occasions, most recently in 2011.
