About Darryl
Darryl Browne is the Principal of the firm, bringing extensive experience in estate planning, administration and related litigation. His practice covers a comprehensive range of areas including wills, superannuation, powers of attorney, enduring guardian appointments, advance care directives, trusts and associated matters. Darryl also provides advice on commercial law, conveyancing and real estate transactions. Darryl has made significant contributions to the legal profession. He serves as Chair of the Elder Law and Succession Committee of the Law Council of Australia and is a member of the NSW State Government’s Steering Committee on elder abuse. Additionally, he holds the position of Notary Public and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Darryl is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is an Adjunct Lecturer in Law at UNSW Sydney. He is frequently invited to present seminars to solicitors on estate planning and litigation matters. Darryl also shares his expertise through a monthly column on wills and estates cases in the Law Society Journal, as well as occasional articles in various legal publications.
