Wendy brings over 30 years of dedicated experience in Family Law, having co-founded her esteemed firm in 1999 alongside Patricia Abrahams. Prior to this venture, Wendy honed her expertise as a partner at Henry Davis York for a decade. Recognised in the Doyle’s Guide as a Leading NSW Family & Divorce Lawyer, Wendy has earned a sterling reputation amongst her peers and clients alike for her candid and strategic counsel. Her practice is distinguished by a commitment to resolving matters through negotiation whenever feasible. Over the years, she has adeptly navigated the complexities of Family Law, managing intricate financial cases entailing trusts and corporate structures, as well as challenging parenting and relocation disputes. Wendy's involvement in seminal cases has helped shape interpretations under the Family Law Act, underscoring her influence in the field. Wendy's professional contributions are extensive, having served as a member of the New South Wales Law Society Family Law Committee and as the Secretary of the Family Law Practitioners Association of New South Wales. As a founding Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Wendy has also played a pivotal role in Family Law accreditation examinations. Her memberships include the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, the International Collaborative Professionals, and the Central Sydney Collaborative Forum.
