Louise Brockway

Louise Brockway (BA/LLB(Hons)) is a lawyer with over a decade of diverse legal experience, having gained comprehensive exposure through her work in a general legal practice in Gippsland. She has developed considerable acumen in commercial law, with focused attention on retail leasing and sale of business transactions. Louise also has expertise in matters concerning the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and a broad range of general legal issues. Throughout her career, Louise has appeared before various tribunals and courts, including the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT), the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), Children’s Court, and Magistrates Court. Additionally, she has provided instructions in proceedings before higher courts such as the County Court and Supreme Court (Court of Appeal). Louise contributed to the legal community as a member of the Gippsland Law Association Executive during 2011 and 2012, reflecting her commitment to both professional and community engagement.
