Bree Shapter

Bree Shapter is an associate lawyer at BU Lawyers with a background rooted in family law. Since joining the firm, Bree has dedicated her practice to strategic asset protection, estate planning, and resolving commercial disputes. Bree provides comprehensive advice on Wills and estate planning, including the drafting of tailored Wills, Testamentary Trusts, and Powers of Attorney to ensure clients’ assets are preserved and their loved ones are well provided for. She has a particular interest in advising individuals, especially those in high-risk professions, on strategies to protect their assets effectively. In commercial law, Bree is experienced in handling disputes, with a focus on shareholder matters, including shareholder oppression proceedings before the Supreme Court of Victoria.
