With a methodical legal approach and sharp commercial insight, she focuses on delivering practical outcomes that align with her clients’ objectives. Fluent in Mandarin, Vicky completed her legal studies at two leading universities in Beijing. She also has valuable experience as in-house legal counsel for a broadcasting and media group operating in several African countries, which enriches her diverse perspective on legal matters. Vicky’s expertise includes advising on business sales and acquisitions, acting for both buyers and sellers, as well as franchise transactions involving the sale and acquisition of franchise businesses. She provides corporate advice on share transfers, shareholders’ agreements, and procedures relating to financial assistance. Her leasing experience spans commercial, industrial, and retail premises, working with landlords and tenants across various Australian states and territories. Her proficiency extends to due diligence investigations and preparing detailed reports for residential, commercial, rural and industrial properties. She regularly handles conveyancing for buyers and sellers involved in residential, commercial and rural property deals. Vicky also advises on off-the-plan residential developments, assisting both purchasers and developers. Additionally, she offers guidance on matters relating to the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB), loan documentation, guarantor arrangements, mortgage registration and Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) registrations. Vicky provides advice on retirement villages and manufactured homes, including pre-contract reviews, assignment processes and issues connected to NDIS agreements.
