Jon Broadley

Jon is a Director in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Services Team and a founding partner of Broadley Rees Hogan Lawyers, which he established alongside Stuart Rees in 1996. With over 20 years of post-admission experience in private practice, Jon has worked as a partner in an international legal firm before embracing the flexibility and independence that a smaller practice provides. Jon’s practice encompasses a broad range of commercial legal matters, including banking, finance and insolvency, corporate law, commercial disputes, financial services, and securities. His extensive experience enables him to provide practical and strategic advice tailored to the specific needs of his clients across these areas.
