Beata Leszczuk

Beata Leszczuk is the Managing Director of BRL Family Law, bringing over 20 years of experience in family law. Her expertise encompasses a broad range of family law matters, including parenting and financial disputes, divorce, and international issues such as relocation and Hague Convention cases. Beata also advises on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial Financial Agreements for both married and de facto couples, domestic and family violence matters, child support and departure applications, Binding Child Support Agreements, spousal maintenance, as well as cross-jurisdictional matters between Australia and New Zealand.
