Ben Dibden is a distinguished Partner in our Commercial Litigation & Insolvency team, known for his strategic acumen in developing tailored solutions for his clients. With over 15 years of experience, Ben has carved out a notable career in advising on commercial disputes, distressed asset recoveries, and navigating the complexities of banking enforcement and shareholder disputes. His expertise extends to external administrations, including corporate liquidations, receiverships, bankruptcy, and voluntary administrations, as well as equity and trusts. Ben is dedicated to offering comprehensive legal guidance that addresses both short and long term client objectives, always considering the unique commercial circumstances at play. His approach seeks to position clients on the right path from the outset, ensuring that their ultimate goals are realised effectively. Before joining Bridges Lawyers as a Senior Associate and rising to Partner, Ben honed his legal skills at Kemp Strang and began his career as a Paralegal at Shaw McDonald. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney, complemented by specialised education in Insolvency and Restructuring through the Insolvency Education Program.
