Jyoti Haikerwal serves as a Senior Associate at Brave Legal, where she combines her compassionate approach with her legal acumen and deep understanding of the medical profession. Since 2017, Jyoti has been instrumental in securing substantial settlements for clients involved in medical negligence cases. Her experience extends further to public liability claims, and she holds a keen interest in Coronial Inquests, nursing home neglect, and cases involving children. Jyoti's dedication to medical negligence law is backed by her academic credentials, having completed a double degree in Law and Medical Science from the Australian National University. She excels in applying the nuances of law to intricate medical situations, often delving into the complexities of anatomy, surgical procedures, infection control, nursing care, and emergency medicine to piece together the best strategies for her clients.
