Migrating to Australia in 2004, Harvey brought with him a wealth of experience from South Africa, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Law (BA LLB) in 1983. He began his career in Cape Town, quickly becoming a notable figure in the legal community, particularly in Supreme Court litigation, commercial law, and conveyancing. His migration to Australia marked the beginning of a new chapter. Harvey initially worked with Belbridge Hague in Albury and later joined Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams Lawyers in Melbourne. In 2016, he took the entrepreneurial leap to establish his own practice. Harvey's commitment to providing exceptional client service is evident in his willingness to take the time to address clients' calls and follow up with any necessary information. In Australia, Harvey has achieved significant milestones, including admission as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2004 and the High Court of Australia in 2005. He is also an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Law with the Law Institute of Victoria, an accolade he earned in 2008, which underscores his expertise in the field. Outside of his professional pursuits, Harvey enjoys his personal time at his smallholding in the Yarra Valley. He is an avid bushwalker and cyclist and finds joy in trout fishing and developing his property. His well-rounded lifestyle complements his dynamic professional life, reflecting his adaptive spirit and commitment to both his clients and personal passions.
