James Bowlen was admitted to practice law in 2011 and has been with Bowlen Dunstan since January 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. James focuses on matters relating to Wills and Deceased Estates, providing advice on Grants of Representation, Estate Administration, Family Provision Claims, and Estate Planning Strategies. He has experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution, having represented and advised a diverse range of commercial and private clients. James has appeared before and instructed at the Magistrates' Court of Victoria, the County Court of Victoria, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, and the Supreme Court of Victoria.
