About Heath

Heath Kiely was admitted as a solicitor in April 2005, following a diverse professional background that includes practising as a registered podiatrist since 1997 and taking a sabbatical to play Rugby Union in the United Kingdom from 2000 to 2001. He began his legal career in September 2001 as a law clerk in Sydney, predominantly handling personal injury and workers compensation matters while completing his law studies. After admission, Heath gained valuable experience working for Walker Smith Solicitors on the mid-north coast of New South Wales, primarily in criminal law through the Legal Aid Duty Solicitor Scheme. Returning to Sydney in late 2005, he expanded his practice across various areas of litigation. In 2010, he entered into a partnership with Tony Farquhar to establish Booth Boorman Kiely. More recently, Heath has concentrated his practice on protecting assets and property, with a focus on family, commercial, and small business law. His broad experience across litigation and client-focused property matters allows him to provide practical and effective legal solutions tailored to individual and business needs.
