Tegan Boorman

Tegan Boorman is Head of Corporate and Commercial Law and a Senior Lawyer with over ten years of experience in private practice and in-house legal roles. She has practised on the Gold Coast and in Sydney, including serving as legal counsel and quality and risk manager for Deloitte in Sydney. Tegan has supported clients ranging from start-ups to ASX-listed companies, providing practical legal advice and drafting in areas such as influencer and social media service agreements, sponsorship and distribution contracts, trading terms and conditions, share sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, intellectual property matters, business structuring and restructuring, asset protection, succession planning, and estate administration. She is committed to helping clients identify legal risks and prepare tailored agreements for innovative business ventures and social media-related activities. Tegan holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University and a Master of Public Relations from the University of Southern Queensland. Outside of work, she enjoys the Gold Coast lifestyle with her young family.
