Daniel Gorgievski

Daniel is a lawyer based in our Melbourne office, where he focuses on migration law and also manages conveyancing matters. He provides legal services to clients across Australia, with particular attention to those in Launceston and Melbourne. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Accounting from La Trobe University. He completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through The College of Law and was admitted to the Australian legal profession in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, he gained valuable experience working within other migration-focused businesses. With a strong interest in migration law, Daniel actively seeks to expand his expertise by attending legal conferences and collaborating with colleagues. His commitment to professional development reflects his long-term goal of further advancing his capabilities in this field. In addition to his legal career, Daniel has extensive experience in the hospitality and customer service industries, having worked as a barista. He values the dynamic and social environment these roles offer. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and keeping active through exercise. He is also an enthusiastic supporter of the Hawthorn Football Club.
