Shivani Jethwa is an Associate Director with extensive experience advising on complex tax matters and trust law issues. She provides tailored advice to support effective tax and commercial strategies, particularly in relation to succession planning and asset protection. Shivani has worked with high net wealth individuals and private corporate groups, drawing on her background at a multinational accounting firm to navigate a broad range of tax concerns. She holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. Outside of her professional commitments, Shivani enjoys visiting wineries, travelling and experimenting with new recipes.
