Daniel Taborsky

Daniel Taborsky is the Managing Director with extensive experience exclusively dedicated to tax law. Throughout his career, Dan has demonstrated a strong commitment to mastering the complexities of tax legislation, enabling him to identify innovative solutions in challenging matters. Dan has practised as a senior tax lawyer in both Perth and Sydney, having worked with prominent firms including EY Law and Greenwoods & Herbert Smith Freehills. His expertise is further recognised through his role as a lecturer in the Master of Taxation course at the University of Western Australia (UWA). Dan actively contributes to the profession by presenting and writing on tax topics for leading organisations such as The Tax Institute and the Law Society of Western Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Law with First Class Honours, a Master of Professional Accounting, and a Master of Business specialising in Finance and Economics. Dan is also a Chartered Tax Advisor, underscoring his professional credibility in the field. Outside his professional commitments, Dan pursues endurance sports with the same determination he applies to his legal work. He has completed numerous Ironman triathlons and a solo crossing to Rottnest Island. Dan enjoys a balanced family life with his wife Alison and their two children, Harrison and Grace.
