About Us
Biddulph & Salenger was founded in 1905 when Bourke solicitors Philip Biddulph and Herbert Salenger formed a partnership. The firm relocated to Sydney and, in 1968, Warwick Dunn joined as a partner. In 1987, Maryanne Ofner became Warwick’s business partner, and upon Warwick’s passing in early 2021, Maryanne has led the firm as principal since 2012. Joshua Anderson joined the team as a Director in July 2023, bringing additional experience to the practice. Known for delivering commonsense legal advice and friendly service, Biddulph & Salenger operates from a convenient and relaxed office in Milsons Point. The firm is committed to achieving optimal outcomes for clients by taking the time to explain legal processes clearly and maintaining open, honest communication. Sensitivity and discretion are integral to their approach. The firm provides personalised service, including flexible meeting arrangements outside regular hours—whether in person, by phone, or via Zoom—to accommodate clients’ needs. Their services cover family law, conveyancing and property law, wills and powers of attorney, and deceased estates. With a combination of dedication, integrity and practical problem-solving, Biddulph & Salenger works diligently to pursue just claims and negotiated settlements on behalf of their clients.
