Atul Bhardwaj

Atul Bhardwaj is the Principal and Senior Lawyer at Bhardwaj & Associates Lawyers, bringing extensive experience from his distinguished career as a Police Prosecutor with the Queensland Police Service. With more than a decade in prosecution, including his role as Officer-in-Charge of a Police Prosecutions Corps, Atul possesses a deep understanding of the legal landscape. Atul's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology. Additionally, he has completed a Graduate Certificate in Legal Studies (Summary Prosecution) and a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law from Griffith University. In July 2013, Atul was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland, followed by admission to the High Court of Australia in August of the same year. His unique background as a Cross-Cultural Police Officer has equipped him with the skills to engage effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Atul has also provided dedicated representation in domestic violence matters, underpinning his commitment to justice and fair representation. For the past five years, Atul has practised as a Migration Agent, achieving commendable success in representing clients before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). Apart from his legal acumen, Atul is multilingual, with fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, enabling him to serve a diverse clientele with cultural sensitivity and understanding.
