Gina Szwider is a Director with extensive experience in leasing law, advising both tenants and owners on a wide range of leasing matters. With over 25 years practising in Melbourne and London, Gina has developed a strong reputation for her comprehensive knowledge and strategic approach to leasing. She acts for national and international retailers managing large property portfolios, as well as institutional landlords of major shopping centres and airports. Gina’s success is underpinned by her practical yet personable approach, her thorough understanding of clients’ commercial objectives, and her ability to foster strong relationships with all stakeholders involved. Her substantial experience in leasing transactions enables her to negotiate favourable lease terms for retail clients across all key shopping centres in Australia.
