Pat Byrne

Pat Byrne was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Journalism and Public Relations, both from Deakin University, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Victoria. Before beginning his legal career, Pat spent several years working as a journalist, primarily in newspapers. He joined Ben von Einem & Associates in 2015 and has since established his practice in Geelong. Pat regularly represents clients in various courts, including the Magistrates’ Courts at Geelong, Colac, Werribee, Warrnambool, and Ballarat, and meets with clients in Torquay. Known for his approachable and straightforward manner, Pat focuses on building trust and rapport with clients. He is committed to providing honest advice and strives to resolve matters efficiently while achieving strong outcomes. Pat is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Geelong Law Association. Outside of his legal work, Pat is an avid surfer and enjoys spending time with his family at the beach.
