Patricia is a dedicated legal practitioner with a dual role of managing practice operations and providing legal assistance, particularly in family law matters and appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT). Currently advancing her expertise further, Patricia is pursuing a PhD focused on the intricate fields of migration law, sovereignty, and globalisation. Based in our Adelaide office, she is equipped to extend her services to clients across Australia. In addition to her legal practice, Patricia is an active contributor to community education. She regularly delivers informative sessions on family violence and family law in Australia, exploring the critical interplay between these areas and migration law. Her commitment to education and advocacy reflects her passion for supporting and empowering clients through complex legal landscapes.
