David Hart

David Hart was admitted to practice in 1980 and has built a career primarily focused on Commercial Property Acquisitions and Sales, Development, and Leasing since 1982. He has significant experience in advising clients on a range of commercial property matters, drawing on decades of practical legal work. Prior to joining Bedelis Lawyers as a Consultant, David served as a Principal of his own firm and as Managing Partner in multi-partner legal practices, bringing with him extensive leadership and management expertise within the legal profession. David is an active member of the legal community, notably through his longstanding involvement with the Law Institute of Victoria Commercial Leases Committee. He has contributed expert submissions to Government review panels and has served as President of the Institute’s appointed Expert for dispute resolution proceedings, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the practice of commercial leasing law.
