Trevor Rosenthal

Trevor Rosenthal brings over 30 years of experience to his role at Batten Sacks, with a focus on commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from both the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, and the University of New South Wales. Throughout his extensive career, Trevor has developed a client-centred approach, emphasising a thorough understanding of each client’s business and objectives. He recognises that legal solutions need to be tailored to the specific commercial needs of each client, striving to achieve the most effective outcome for their particular circumstances. Trevor is committed to clear and consistent communication, ensuring clients stay informed and confident throughout the litigation process. Outside the office and courtroom, Trevor enjoys running, golfing, and is a qualified cricket umpire and coach. He is married and has two adult children.
