David Hampton

David Hampton is an experienced lawyer with a career grounded in supporting people through some of the most difficult and complex periods in their professional and personal lives. Drawing inspiration from his family’s background in the trades, David has developed his practice to encompass employment law, contested estates, and commercial litigation across both state and federal jurisdictions. He regularly appears before the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and the Human Rights Commission.
