Dean Charalambous is the Principal Lawyer and founder of Bastion Legal, a Melbourne-based law firm concentrating on insurance law and civil litigation. With more than 17 years of experience spanning legal practice, regulatory roles, and the insurance industry, Dean brings a unique blend of legal expertise and practical industry knowledge. Prior to establishing Bastion Legal, Dean held senior positions including lawyer, chartered loss adjuster, authorised compliance officer for the Building & Plumbing Commission (previously the VBA), factual investigator for WorkSafe and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), as well as workplace consultant.
