Leanne Bartram is the Principal of Bartram Lawyers, a firm she founded in 2005 after an accomplished career at notable firms such as Arthur Robinson (now Allens), Lander & Rogers, and Madgwicks. Leanne's decision to establish her own practice was notably inspired by the encouragement of several long-standing clients who continue to rely on her legal expertise today. From its humble beginnings at her kitchen table, Bartram Lawyers has thrived through the consistent referrals from a network of satisfied clients and esteemed professionals, including advisers, accountants, barristers, and more. Leanne possesses a wealth of experience across a broad spectrum of legal areas, including estate planning and matters, commercial and general litigation, commercial law, insolvency and reconstruction, family law, trusts, and business succession. Her practice particularly emphasises estate planning, where she excels in drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, advising on asset protection and succession structuring, and representing clients in Part IV Applications and other estate-related litigation. In addition, Leanne frequently navigates the intricacies of family law. Her professional portfolio extends beyond her legal practice. Leanne is a former member of the Women Presidents Organisation and Women in Finance. She dedicated many years as the Trustee of a Welfare Trust aiding the aged, underprivileged, and newly migrated individuals. Currently, Leanne serves as a Director and Legal Counsel for TrekMedic, a charitable organisation that provides medical relief in rural Nepal. Beyond her legal pursuits, Leanne is an avid enthusiast of reformer Pilates and has a passion for gardening.
