Teleisha Wall

Teleisha Wall is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in family law and related court proceedings. She graduated with Distinction from the University of Western Australia in 2012, earning her Bachelor of Laws, and was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Western Australia in December 2013. Teleisha began her legal career at Bannerman Solicitors in 2008 as a paralegal, balancing this role alongside her university studies. She completed her articles and subsequently practiced law at a large commercial firm, where she gained valuable experience managing a variety of litigious matters, instructing Counsel, and appearing in the Supreme Court, Federal Court, and District Court. Since re-joining Bannerman Solicitors in 2015, Teleisha has regularly represented clients in the Family Court and Children’s Court, handling complex parenting disputes, financial matters, and protection and care cases for both private and legally aided clients. She frequently appears in the Magistrates Court, particularly in Family Violence Restraining Order proceedings, and has also provided assistance in criminal matters heard in the Magistrates and District Courts. Teleisha is an active member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development in family law.
