Kathy Rundle serves as the principal at Ballantyne Law, bringing a wealth of experience acquired since her admission as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2004. Originating from Melbourne, Kathy has honed her expertise in commercial law, estates, and litigation through her diverse roles in both large and small law firms, as well as her impactful tenure at the Supreme Court of Victoria. Currently leading Ballantyne Law, Kathy's journey includes a significant tenure as an Associate and Special Counsel on the Gold Coast, where she crafted solutions for complex legal issues. Prior to her current role, she contributed her skills as a Senior Lawyer at a Queensland Law Practice, and as a Solicitor at both Hartnett Lawyers and Macdonald & Michel Lawyers, developing a robust understanding of various legal landscapes across Queensland. Kathy's academic credentials are equally impressive, with a Master of Laws in Sports Law from the University of Melbourne, complementing her dual undergraduate degrees in Laws and Science from Monash University. Her comprehensive legal education and extensive experience underpin her ability to deliver insightful and effective legal counsel.
