Ellen Bradley is a Legal Director with extensive experience in estates and estate planning. She provides practical and tax effective strategies tailored to diverse personal circumstances, ensuring clients have comprehensive estate plans. Her expertise includes drafting Wills, such as Discretionary Testamentary Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Superannuation Death Benefit Nominations. Ellen manages estate administration and probate proceedings efficiently, securing Grants of Probate across all Australian jurisdictions. She is adept at handling estates that include overseas assets, adding complexity to both planning and administration stages. Known for her empathy and meticulous attention to detail, Ellen aims to make the estate administration process smooth and effective. Her work also encompasses complex property transfers in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, often involving multiple deceased estates and tracing executor representations. Ellen’s background includes experience in the Business and Corporate section, which equips her with a commercial perspective beneficial in relevant matters. Ellen completed a Master of Laws (Applied Law) specialising in Wills and Estates. She joined Bradley Allen Love in 2013 and was admitted to practice in the ACT Supreme Court in 2014. Ellen was appointed Director in 2019 and Legal Director in 2021.
