Chris Baker

Chris Baker (BCOM, LLB) is the Director of Bakers Lawyers, a firm he founded in 2001 on the Sunshine Coast. He completed a double degree at the University of Queensland in 1988 before settling in the region to establish his practice. Chris’s legal work primarily encompasses property and commercial transactions, as well as wills and estates. Over time, he has grown the firm’s client base through the acquisition of Buderim Law in 2007 and more recently Andrew Fogg Lawyers. In addition to his professional commitments, Chris contributes to his local community by providing pro bono legal advice to several charities on the Sunshine Coast. He is actively involved in community organisations, serving as President of the Sunshine Coast Cricket Association and the Bli Bli Community Association. Outside of work, Chris enjoys outdoor activities with his family and friends.
