After earning her Masters Degree in Law, she was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2003 and the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2007. For the past 18 years, Samantha has dedicated her practice exclusively to family law, having developed her expertise at two of Perth's leading family law firms prior to establishing Baily Family Law. Here, she combines her robust legal acumen with practical experience to expertly guide clients through the complexities of family disputes. As a nationally accredited mediation provider, Samantha offers a comprehensive suite of alternative dispute resolution options, such as mediation and arbitration, highlighting her commitment to resolving family law conflicts with efficiency and sensitivity. Samantha's extensive experience as an Independent Children's Lawyer includes involvement in numerous proceedings before the Family Court of WA, particularly in high-stakes cases involving child abuse, alienation, and risk, underscoring her dedication to protecting vulnerable individuals. She is an active participant in various Legal Aid Panels, further extending her influence within the legal community.
