Thomas Lane-Porter is a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, focusing primarily on litigation and insolvency matters. His practice encompasses a broad range of commercial disputes, including corporate and shareholder disagreements, consumer and sale of goods issues, property, tax and duty matters, as well as judicial review and regulatory proceedings. Thomas also frequently acts in winding-up cases under the Corporations Act, both independently and within more complex legal contexts. In addition to his litigation work, Thomas maintains a substantial insolvency practice. He regularly advises and represents some of Australia’s leading accounting and business advisory firms, along with their appointed liquidators, in insolvency-related proceedings. Thomas has worked with a national law firm delivering litigation services to Commonwealth Government clients under a panel arrangement and has experience at a boutique litigation firm.
