Michael Giugni

Michael was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in 1986 and began his career working in private practice in regional New South Wales. During this time, he developed extensive court experience handling family, children’s, and criminal law matters. In the early 1990s, Michael became a partner in a general private practice in Sydney. He is instructed by individuals, businesses, and international corporations to provide legal assistance across a broad range of areas, including family law, criminal law, estate planning, environmental law, commercial dispute resolution and litigation, as well as high-value commercial transactions. His diverse experience enables him to offer practical and strategic advice tailored to the unique needs of his clients.
