Angela Harry is a Partner at Attwood Marshall Lawyers, where she leads the Wills & Estate Department. Since joining the firm in 2006, Angela has built a reputation for her diligent work ethic, meticulous file management, and her ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. She holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in International Business, and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the Queensland University of Technology. After completing her Practical Legal Training, Angela was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2008. Committed to ongoing professional development, she has earned a Master of Applied Law in Wills & Estates from the College of Law, along with a Certificate in Testamentary Trusts and the Queensland Practice Management Course. She is also a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), an international professional association dedicated to education and best practice in estate planning and trust management. Situated on the border of New South Wales and Queensland, Angela is experienced in navigating legal matters across both jurisdictions. Her practice encompasses Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships for both Queensland and New South Wales, Elder Law, Granny Flat Agreements, and the administration and probate of deceased estates. Angela manages a substantial and complex portfolio involving wills and estate planning, probate, elder law, and estate administration. In addition to contributing to the firm’s marketing and client development activities, she plays an active role in mentoring junior lawyers within the Wills & Estate Department and supports other senior lawyers through collaborative consultation. Raised in the Tweed Heads area, Angela is a true Gold Coast local with a strong connection to the community she serves.
