Nikki Summerhayes is the founder and principal of Assured Conveyancing, a firm that delivers personalised and professional conveyancing services throughout New South Wales. With a career spanning over two decades in the legal industry, Nikki brings extensive experience and knowledge to every property transaction she manages. Nikki obtained her Conveyancing Law & Practice qualification from Macquarie University in 1999, following more than ten years of prior experience in conveyancing. In 2000, she established Assured Conveyancing, initially operating in Sydney’s central business district before relocating to her current office in 2005. As a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers, Nikki is committed to upholding high professional standards and carries full Professional Indemnity Insurance. She and her support team are also qualified Justices of the Peace, reinforcing their dedication to integrity and community service.
