Paul Sande brings over four decades of comprehensive experience in the property sector, encompassing a wide range of transactions from straightforward vacant land sales to intricate major property developments. Since obtaining his conveyancer’s licence in 1984, Paul has gained extensive expertise across multiple Australian states, allowing him to adeptly navigate the variations in legislation and procedures involved in property dealings nationwide. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and a former Senior Examiner at the South Australian Land Titles Office, Paul combines practical industry knowledge with a deep understanding of land title systems. His multi-state licencing enables him to provide clients with tailored advice and support whether they are buying or selling property within South Australia or other jurisdictions. In addition to his conveyancing practice, Paul actively contributes to the property community by delivering workshops designed for investors, mortgage brokers and real estate agents, covering current and relevant topics impacting property transactions. Outside of his professional commitments, Paul enjoys playing golf, savouring fine food and wine, and is a dedicated Adelaide Crows supporter.
