Michael Khut

Michael Khut is a Licensed Conveyancer with Asset Conveyancing Services, having joined the team in September 2021. He completed his Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing in South Australia earlier that year, equipping him with a strong foundation in the conveyancing process within the state. Michael is an active member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers South Australia (AICSA) since 2019 and has engaged in AICSA’s mentor and mentee program, where he developed an interest in commercial conveyancing matters. While initially focusing on South Australian conveyancing, he has broadened his experience to include residential conveyancing across other Australian states, as well as commercial transactions and various aspects of the conveyancing profession. Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing ice hockey and dedicates his free time to DIY projects and maintaining fitness during the off-season. He is also known in the office for his enthusiasm for chocolates and sweets, often keeping a steady supply available for colleagues.
