Jessica Incledon

Jessica Incledon is a Senior Associate with over 11 years of experience practising criminal defence law in Brisbane. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Psychological Science, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice from Griffith University, and was admitted to the profession in 2015. Jessica is dedicated to representing clients across Queensland’s criminal courts, bringing a client-focused and compassionate approach to help navigate the complexities of the legal system. Jessica has developed a strong technical expertise in identifying and pursuing all available legal avenues to achieve the most favourable outcomes for her clients. She is also actively involved in the intersection of law and technology, contributing to the Queensland Law Society’s AI in Legal Practice Committee and Advisory Group. Through this role, Jessica supports lawyers in understanding and incorporating emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance the delivery of legal services. Committed to community engagement, Jessica volunteers at community legal centres, reflecting her ongoing dedication to access to justice and legal support beyond her professional practice.
