Paul Arns

Paul Arns is the Principal Director of Arns & Associates and brings a wealth of legal acumen to the firm. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland and relocated to Perth in 1985, where he initially excelled as a partner in a local legal practice before establishing Arns & Associates in 1993. With considerable expertise in commercial litigation and issues surrounding deceased estates, Paul is adept at navigating the intricacies of these areas. He possesses significant experience representing clients across all courts and tribunals in Western Australia, particularly in the resolution of complex inheritance matters. His strategic approach and commitment to achieving favourable outcomes have earned him a distinguished reputation in the legal community. Beyond his professional endeavours, Paul is actively involved in the sailing community, currently serving as the President of the Ocean Yacht Racing Association of WA.
