Anthony Robinson

Anthony Robinson brings over 30 years of legal experience, with more than 25 years focused on Australian migration law. He is the principal lawyer and proprietor of AR LAW SERVICES: Master Migration & Regulatory Lawyers, where he provides comprehensive legal advice and representation in citizenship, visa, refugee, and migration matters. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and a Master of Laws in Migration Law and Practice, positioning him among the leading practitioners in this field. His expertise extends across a wide range of visa classes, including Skill, Student, Temporary Work (482), Family, Business, Partner, and Parent visas. Anthony also advises businesses on corporate immigration and sponsorship compliance, offering tailored support for human resources teams. Active in the legal community, Anthony serves as a committee member of the Migration Law Committee at the Law Institute of Victoria and is a member of the Law Council of Australia. He is a founding member and Senior Fellow of the Victorian Immigration Solicitors’ Alliance (VISA), an organisation dedicated to advancing the Australian migration system through engagement with government and stakeholders. Anthony is admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Victoria, and the Supreme Court of South Australia. In addition to his migration law work, Anthony has a strong background in civil litigation, debt recovery, employment law, commercial matters, contractual issues, and criminal defence. Notably, he was part of the legal team that secured victory in Victoria’s largest civil case in 1998 and continues to represent well-known defendants in significant legal matters. Anthony’s international experience, including studies and work in the UK, Europe, Asia, and New York, enriches his approach. Beyond law, his academic interests encompass music, literature, politics, and German, supported by a Goethe scholarship.
