Charles Appleton

Charles is a Solicitor and Barrister, a Public Notary, and a Registered Migration Agent, currently serving as Principal of Appleton & Co Lawyers. He holds an LLB Honours degree from Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom. Since beginning his legal career in 1984, Charles has gained extensive experience in general practice law. He was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1986, working with long-established firms on the Isle of Wight and in Nottingham before relocating to Australia in 1991. Charles was admitted as a legal practitioner in New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1992, and he established his own law practice in 1997. The same year, he was appointed as a Public Notary for New South Wales. Since 2002, Charles has also been a Registered Migration Agent, providing advice on Australian migration and visa matters. Throughout his career, Charles has handled a broad range of legal matters, including commercial transactions and disputes, conveyancing and property issues, and representation in various court jurisdictions. His diverse expertise also includes acting as a Public Notary and delivering migration services, ensuring comprehensive support for his clients.
